Brick Walls in Kent
Hicksons born 1874-1902
Can anyone help me find the parents of any of these people?
- Thomas Hickson, born 1804, died 1872,
married Marion or Mary Ann or Ann or Anne Moore or Moor on 30th May 1822 in St George, Gravesend.
Their daughter, Ann, married James Moore. (Coincidence or error?)
- Ernest Hickson was born 1879. He had siblings, Florance 1874 and Alice 1876.
They were "inmates" in the Dartford Union in 1881.
- H C Hickson moved from Rochester where he was a people's warden in 1930.
He took up a post as a postmaster in Essex. Guess that he was born ca 1880/1890.
- Alexander Hickson, born 1885 or later, Sgt in R.M. in 1918. Married Clarissa. Of Chatham.
- Frederick John Hickson, ~1900-1929, wife Louie Nelly Beerling, born 1 July 1900, died 1985. Of Margate.
- W E Hickson died sometime before 16 Sept 1996 and his sister, Ann Isabella Hickson
born 27 April 1902, died 13 July 1996.
Their parents came from Fulwell in Sunderland, Co Durham.
