The village of Hixon in Staffordshire, England
Huhtesdon (almost going back to the original name)
Huyhtesdon Hixon Hixson / Hickson / Hixon.
It is a fairly large village set on a hill, six miles North West of Rugeley and has many old thatched houses
and used to have a pillory. In 1841 it had 625 inhabitants.
