In list of Subscribers, described as of "Broad Street"
"British Directory" 1791 shows him as a Coal Factor
at 6 Broad St. St. Georges.
Kent's London Directory 1766,
Baldwin's Directory 1770 and
Longman's Directory 1783 - all show a Coal Factor of same name at 12 Red Lyon Street, Wapping.
Probably a mistake for 1727.

July 1787 buried at St Martins in the Fields
- Jane Ormond Wright born 29th April 1788 at 3.30 a.m.
Died 29th March 1825.
- James Wright born 13th Decr 1790 and died Decr 31st
1790, buried at St Ethelburgs.
- James Rattray and Jane Wright "was" married
1st October 1817 By the Rev. G Jackson
in the Parish of Wallsend, Newcastle.
- Jane Rattray was born 18th Decr 1818 at 11.15 a.m. and
baptised by the Rev D Nichols of Swallow
Street Jany 15th 1819.
- James Rattray died 20th Novr 1824 at 5 a.m., in the 55th
year of his age.
James Rattray was born 16th July 1770.
